We use your information to deliver membership benefits, issue and validate tickets, process vendor bookings, respond to inquiries, and send updates you have asked for. We do not sell personal information.
Payments
Card and mobile money payments are processed by our payment providers. We store only the reference, amount, status and contact details needed to fulfil your order — never full card numbers.
Email communication
Transactional emails (receipts, tickets, account and portal notifications) are sent because you asked for a service. Newsletter emails include an unsubscribe link in every message.
Data retention
We keep membership, ticketing and financial records for as long as needed for our programmes, accounting and legal obligations, then delete or anonymise them.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information at any time by contacting us through the contact page.
Security
Access to member and customer data is restricted to authorised staff, protected by authentication and per-record access rules in our systems.
