By using this website you agree to these terms. We may update programmes, prices and schedules; we publish changes here and on the relevant event pages.
Tickets & entry
Tickets are issued with a unique code and QR pass. Each pass admits the stated number of people once. Lost or duplicated passes may be refused. Event organisers may refuse entry for safety or conduct reasons.
Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable unless an event is cancelled or materially rescheduled by us, in which case we refund the ticket price to the original payment method or issue a pass for the new date.
Membership
Membership registration is subject to approval. Digital membership IDs are personal, non-transferable, and may be suspended for misuse.
Vendors & booths
Booth bookings are confirmed once payment is received and are subject to venue rules, licensing and health requirements. Fees are non-refundable within 14 days of the event.
Merchandise
Orders ship after payment clears. Items are subject to availability; if an item sells out we refund or offer a replacement.
Conduct
We ask everyone at our events to respect other attendees, staff and the venue. Harassment, weapons and illegal substances mean immediate removal without refund.
Liability
We take reasonable care to run safe events, but attendance is at your own risk. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid, to the extent permitted by law.
